Ingredients:

Cooked shrimp, Salt, Sodium tripolyphoshate

 

Special Handling:

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed shreimp.

Thawing:

Remove shrimp from packaging. Place in a bowl, and thaw in refrigerator, covered, 6-8 hours. For a quick thaw, place shrimp in a colander and rinse with cold running water until thawed. Drain 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.

 

Pack:

21-25 shrimp per pound, 340 g and 680 g
