Garlic & Herb Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lb Toppits Raw Peeled & Deveined Shrimp, thawed

2 Toppits “Pop Herbs” Parsley Cubes, or 2 teaspoons of fresh finely chopped parsley

2 Toppits “Pop Herbs” Garlic Cubes, or 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 package spaghetti noodles, cooked per the package instructions
Directions:

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add shrimp, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper, and cook for 10 – 12 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink in colour. Remove shrimp from heat, and toss with drained spaghetti.

Top with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
