Herb Topped Cape Capensis Paupiette
Ingredients:

1pc Toppits Cape Capensis 5/7oz

1/2 tsp Toppits crushed garlic

1/2 tsp Toppits basil
-
1/2 tsp Toppits cilantro

3oz sliced golden potato
-
1 scallion whole
-
1 tsp butter
-
Salt and pepper
-
1 pc parchment paper
Directions:
1. Place cape fillet on parchment sheet, top fish with the
remaining ingredients.
2. Roll parchment sheet to form sealed pouch. Place on sheet pan and bake at
375 °F for approximately 18 minutes.
