Herb Topped Cape Capensis Paupiette 

Ingredients:

  • 1pc Toppits Cape Capensis 5/7oz

  • 1/2 tsp Toppits crushed garlic

  • 1/2 tsp Toppits basil

  • 1/2 tsp Toppits cilantro

  • 3oz sliced golden potato

  • 1 scallion whole

  • 1 tsp butter

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 pc parchment paper

 

 

Directions:

 

1. Place cape fillet on parchment sheet, top fish with the

remaining ingredients.

2. Roll parchment sheet to form sealed pouch. Place on sheet pan and bake at

375 °F for approximately 18 minutes.
