Smoked Salmon Platter

with Red Onion, Lemon, Dill & Capers



  • 1 lb Gustavsen Smoked Salmon

  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 lemon, sliced 

  • 2 tsp. fresh dill, chopped

  • 2 tbsp. fresh shallots, chopped

  • 1 tbsp. capers, rinsed and drained



  1. Arrange smoked salmon slices on large platter. In a bowl combine red onion, lemon slices, dill, shallots and capers. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. Arrange smoked salmon on a platter and spoon red onion caper mixture onto the side of the smoked salmon. Garnish with onion sprouts or endive leaves and serve with crackers, bread or mini potato rosti's.
