Tomato Bruschetta with Garlic & Herbs 


  • 6 Toppits Basil Cubes

  • 4 Toppits Parsley Cubes

  • 2 Toppits Garlic Cubes

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 3 tomatoes, diced

  • 1 baguette cut into one inch thick diagonal slices

  • Grated fresh parmesan



Combine Toppits Cubes and olive oil and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside. On a cutting board, dice the tomatoes into 1 inch cubes.  Drain excess tomato juice.  Add tomatoes to olive oil and herb mixture, toss gently and set aside.  Preheat broiler and arrange bread on baking sheet and broil for 2 minutes or until golden.  Spoon mixture onto toasts and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan.  Serve warm and enjoy!
