Tuna Tartare
Ingredients:

4 blocks of Toppits Ahi Tuna

1 avocado
-
8 tbsp. of pickled ginger

8 tbsp. of capers
-
1 red onion
Directions:

Lightly oil a pan and pan sear the tuna on medium heat for 20 seconds on each side. Remove the tuna from heat and let it sit for 8-10 minutes.

Chop the red onion and thinly slice the avocado lengthwise.

Pan-fry the capers on medium heat for 2-3 minutes (until they bloom).

Cut the tuna into ½ inch cubes and assemble all the ingredients onto a plate.
