Yellowfin Tuna Taco
Ingredients:

12 oz. Toppits Yellowfin Tuna (3oz. per person)

4 Toppits Cilantro Pop Herb Cubes

4 tbsp. Tex Mex seasoning

4 large avocados
-
1 lime
-
3 medium sized bell peppers
-
1 head iceberg lettuce
-
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (3oz. per person)

12 taco shells hard or soft

250 ml. sour cream
Directions:

Slice the Toppits Yellowfin Tuna into pinky finger size pieces and mix with the 4 tbsp. of Tex Mex seasoning.

In a hot pan, cook the tuna until the seasoning has turned dark brown. Remove from the heat and place on a plate to rest 5 to 8 minutes.

Core the bell peppers and thinly slice them into strips. Cut the iceberg lettuce in half and slice into strips as well.

For the guacamole, remove the skin and pit from all 4 avocadoes. Mash all together in a bowl with lime juice and the 4 Toppits Cilantro Pop Herb Cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place all the ingredients including the cheddar cheese, on a plate and indulge!
