Ingredients: Squid, Enriched wheat flour, Water, Soy oil, Wheat gluten, Palm oil, Corn starch, Salt, Modified tapioca starch, Sugar, Yeast, Sodium phosphate, Baking powder, Sunflower oil.
Contains: Molluscs (squid), Wheat, Soy.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place calamari on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake in the centre of the oven for approximately 12-14 minutes or until calamari reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Turn halfway for the best results. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Air-fryer: Preheat air fryer to 350°F (177 °C). Spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray or oil. Add the frozen calamari to the basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Noted: Some appliances may vary; these instructions are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze.
