Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove frozen portions from packaging prior to thawing. Store thawed fish in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze thawed fish.
For a quick thaw, place fish in a colander and rinse with cold running water until thawed. Drain after 2-3 minutes.
