Thaw product in refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze.
1. Pat thawed scallops dry with a paper towel.
2. Heat pan on a stovetop on medium-high heat and add butter or olive oil to the pan.
3. Add scallops to the pan adn cook for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 3 more minutes.
Note: Cook to an internal temperature of 165 °F (74 °C).
