Sea Salt & Pepper Ingredients: Squid, Wheat Flour, Water, Canola Oil, Distarch Phosphate, Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Yeast Extract, Spices, Soya Sauce Powder (Soybean, Salt, Wheat Flour, Water), Celery Seed, Spice Extract.
Firecracker Ingredients: Squid, Wheat Flour, Water, Canola Oil, Modified Corn Starch, Modified Tapioca Starch, Chili Pepper Flakes, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Paprika, Egg White Powder, Hydrolysed Soy Protein, Flavour, Paprika Extract.
Thaw product in refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze.
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C (356ºF). Deep fry frozen squid for 3 – 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F). Place frozen squid on a pre-heated baking rack and back for 24-26 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.
Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
