Garlic and Herb Roasted Potatoes



  • 3 Toppits Garlic Pop Herb Cubes

  • 5 Toppits Parsley Pop Herb Cubes

  • 5 Toppits Basil Pop Herb Cubes

  • 3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled, cut into medium chunks

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 3 sprigs hearty thyme

  • 3 sprigs rosemary

  • Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Wash and cut potatoes. In a large bowl add olive oil, all Toppits Pop Herbs and the leaves from the thyme and rosemary. Add potatoes and season with salt and pepper, toss to coat. Divide between 2 large rimmed baking sheets, tossing occasionally until potatoes are soft and golden brown and slightly crispy, 45-55 minutes.

  3. Note: If potatoes are starting to get too crispy, cover with a piece of foil.


*Potatoes can be baked under the Toppits Garlic & Herb Butter Roasted Turkey Breasts as well. Simply omit the 6 cubes of garlic, rosemary and thyme sprigs to be arranged around the breasts.
