Grilled Lobster with Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, Grilled Baby Potato & Vegetables Topped with Lemon Basil Butter



  • 5/6 oz Portico Lobster Tail

  • 2 pcs 16-20 ct Portico Shrimp

  • 2 slices smoked side bacon

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 tsp Toppits Basil

  • 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice




  1. Season shrimp and lobster with salt and pepper. Wrap shrimp with bacon and skewer on 10 inch skewer.

  2. Place skewer on hot broiler and grill for 12 minutes until lobster is done and bacon is cooked. Let rest for 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Heat heavy sautée pan. Add butter, lemon and basil.

  4. Place roast potato and grilled vegetables on plate. Top with lobster and shrimp skewer and top plate with butter mix. Serve plate with lobster cracker.
