Grilled Veggie Pizza

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ cups sliced Toppits Mixed Grilled Vegetables (Red & Yellow Peppers, Zucchini, and Eggplant)

  • 10 oz pizza dough

  • 1 ½ cups hummus spread

  • 1 cup broccoli

  • 1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. 

  2. On a well-floured surface, roll out pizza dough and place on a pizza pan or baking sheet.  Spread a layer of hummus over the dough, leaving 1/2″ of space around the edge.  Arrange the grilled vegetables over the hummus.  Top with shredded cheeses. 

  3. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted in the centre.  Slice and serve.
