Ontario Ghost Pepper Tuna Tartare Served on Grilled Golden Pineapple 




  • 1 Sea Delight Tuna Saku Block

  • 1 scallion finely chopped

  • Zest of one lime

  • 1 yellow pepper finely diced

  • 1 roma tomato finely diced

  • 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp. chiffonade mint

  • 1 tsp. ghost pepper sauce

  • 1 tbsp. hoisin

  • 1 tsp. tamari



  1. Finely dice tuna saku block. Place in fridge while preparing other ingredients.

  2. In a small bowl, mix all diced ingredients and gently fold in fresh tuna.

  3. Grill 3 slices of golden pineapple over medium heat until grill marks are visible.

  4. Combine by stacking layers of pineapple with other ingredients and serve.
