Shrimp Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:

1 lb Toppits Cooked Shrimp Pieces, thawed

2 Toppits “Pop Herbs” Parsley Cubes, or 2 tsp. fresh chopped parsley

2 Toppits “Pop Herbs” Dill Cubes, or 2 tsp. fresh chopped dill
-
1 cup mayonnaise
-
Juice from half a lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

1 baguette, sliced into rounds
Sauce Directions:
-
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except baguette, and mix well.

Serve on top of sliced baguette rounds, with grilled vegetables on the side.
