Shrimp Salad Sandwich



  • 1 lb Toppits Cooked Shrimp Pieces, thawed

  • 2 Toppits “Pop Herbs” Parsley Cubes, or 2 tsp. fresh chopped parsley

  • 2 Toppits “Pop Herbs” Dill Cubes, or 2 tsp. fresh chopped dill

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • Juice from half a lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 baguette, sliced into rounds


Sauce Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except baguette, and mix well. 

  2. Serve on top of sliced baguette rounds, with grilled vegetables on the side.
