Sliders with Toppits Gluten Free Breaded
Serving: 4 Sliders
2 Toppits Gluten Free Breaded Sole Fillet
4 Gluten-Free Slider Buns
1 cup Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
Tartar Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup of Mayonnaise
1/2 cup of Finely Diced White Onions
1/4 cup of Finely Diced Capers
1/4 cup of Finely Diced Gherkins
Squeeze of Lemon
Salt & Pepper
1. Bake the sole on a baking sheet lined with parchment at 380°F, for 20 minutes or until golden brown and the flesh is white.
2. Toast buns on a pan with olive oil and spread tartar sauce on both sides, season to taste.
3. When serving, cut the sole fillets in half and place on the slider buns. Add some more tartar sauce and top with the iceberg lettuce.
