Village Greek Salad



  • 2 Toppits Garlic Pop Herb

  • 5 Toppits Parsley Pop Herbs

  • 2 Toppits Dill Pop Herbs

  • 4 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

  • ½ tsp. dried oregano

  • 2 cups (¾ lb) tomatoes, seeded, diced

  • ¼ cup diced red onion

  • 2 cups (1 large) cucumber, peeled, diced & seeded

  • ¼ cup pitted black or kalamata olives

  • 1 cup (1 large) orange bell pepper, diced

  • ¼ cup cubed feta cheese (about 2 oz)

  • salt & pepper to taste



  1. Toss first 6 ingredients in medium bowl, wait 60 seconds and blend. Add in remaining vegetables, toss gently and season with salt & pepper. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.  Gently mix in cheese and olives, serve and enjoy!


*TWIST: Turn this delicious side dish into an elegant appetizer by spooning salad into endive leaves and topping with a little kosher salt. Just be sure to dice your veggies ½ inch or smaller so that you get each flavour in every bite!
