Ingredients:

Haddock, Water, Vegetable oil, Modified corn starch, Toasted wheat crumbs, Wheat flour, Sugars (sugar, corn maltodextrin, barley malt extract powder), Citric acid, Wheat starch, Salt, Modified palm oil, Baking powder, Whey powder (milk), Soy protein isolate, Beer (malted barley, hops, yeast), Yellow corn flour, Sodium caseinate, Onion powder, Natural flavour, Malic acid, Spices, Guar gum, Spice extractives.

Contains: Fish, Wheat, Milk, Soy.

Thawing Instructions:

Cook from frozen.

Oven: Preheat oven to 425F (220C). Remove all packaging. Arrange haddock bites in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes, turning once until crispy and cooked through. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 

Air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 350F (175C). Place the haddock bites, in a single layer, in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning over halfway. 

Note: Cook until minimum internal temperature of 158F (70C) is reached. Since appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Microwaving is not recommended. Do not refreeze.
