Black cod (fish).
Remove frozen portions from packaging. Place fish on a plate and thaw in refrigerator, covered, overnight. For quick thaw, place fish in a colander and rinse with cold running water until thawed. Drain for 2-3 minutes. Do not refreeze.
Note: Cook until an internal temperature of 158 °F (70 °C).
Although we have taken great care to remove all bones, some traces may remain.
