Calamari, Enriched wheat flour, Water, Soybean oil, Wheat starch, Modified tapioca starch, Corn starch, Palm oil (soy), Sugar (sugar, glucose), Salt, Yeast, Baking powder, Xanthan gum, Citric acid, Sodium citrates.
Contains: Shellfish, Soy.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220 °C). Place calamari on non-stick baking sheet. Bake in centre of oven for approximately 12-14 minutes or until calamari reach an internal minimum temperature of 165 °F (74°C).
Turn halfway for the best results. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
