Our Crunchy Breaded Sole Fillet is a versatile menu ingredient that can be used in many food service and healthcare applications. Coated in a crunchy, breaded coating, Sole fillets can be baked or fried and are a great accompaniment to salads, or hearty side dishes such as rice.

Cooking Instructions:

Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 °F (177 °C). Deep fry from frozen for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. 

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 °F (218 °C). Place frozen fish on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 2024 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through cooking. 

 As appliances may vary, cook until an internal temperature of 158 °F (74 °C) is reached.
