Garlic & Dill Salmon Steaks

Serves 3



  • 2 Toppits Parsley Pop Herbs

  • 2 Toppits Garlic Pop Herbs

  • 2 Toppits Dill Pop Herbs

  • 3 Toppits Silverbrite Salmon Steaks, 6oz each

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper



  1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F (230°C). 

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, add olive oil, Toppits Pop Herbs, salt and pepper; wait about 60 seconds for the cubes to defrost and blend.  

  3. Lay steaks on baking dish and brush mixture to coat on both sides and let rest for 10 minutes.  Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, or until steak becomes fork tender. 

  4. Serve immediately with vegetables or potatoes.


*TIP:  This simple marinade can be used with any type of fish.
