Ingredients:
Sole, Rice flour, Vegetable oil, Water, Corn starch, Modified corn starch, Sugars (sugar, dextrose, glucose solids), Rice starch, Ancient grain flour blend (whole amaranth, whole quinoa), Salt, Citric acid, Pea protein isolate, Concentrated lemon juice, Natural flavours, Baking powder, Dehydrated parsley, Sea salt, Garlic powder, Caramel, Onion powder, Methylcellulose, Yeast, Extractives of paprika, Spice extractives.
Contains: Fish (sole).
Preparation: Remove packaging. Bake from frozen.
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 20-25 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Turn portions over after 10 minutes.
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 175°C (350°F). Place the portions in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning over gently once halfway.
As appliances may vary, cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (158°F) is reached. Do not microwave.
