1 cup of Toppits Cooked Shrimp Medley
1 teaspoon white onion diced
Lime juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
1 tomato, diced
1 tbsp red onion, diced
Corn tortilla fried or baked
Optional: Add 1/2 cup of cabbage and 1/2 cup of corn
Make guacamole out of the avocado by pressing with a fork, creating a puree with the avocado. Add white onions, coriander, lime juice and salt to taste. (Alternative, cut up the avocado into chunks).
Take the diced tomato and place in separate bowl. Add red onion, coriander, lime juice and salt. Add shrimp and touch up seasoning to taste preference.
Spread guacamole/avocados on top of fried or baked tortilla and add shrimp mix on top. Garnish with creme fraiche.
