Mediterranean Shrimp Ceviche


3 lime juice 

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp white onion diced

1 clove garlic chopped

1 teaspon celery diced

Salt to taste

Diced chili peppers


Slice red onion 

6 oz of Toppits Cooked Shrimp Medley 

Planatain chips (garnish)


  1. Mix the lime juice with coconut milk, onions, garlic, celery and chili.

  2. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

  3. Add shrimp stir and finish with salt and coriander to taste.

  4. Once mixed add chips on top and serve.
