Sea Bass Fillets / Branzino Fillets

Thawing Instructions:

Keep frozen until ready to use. Store thawed fish in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze thawed fish. Remove frozen fillets from the packaging. Place fish on a plate, and thaw in the refrigerator, covered, for 4-6 hours. For a quick thaw, place the fish in a colander and rinse with cold running water until thawed. Drain for 2-3 minutes. Do not leave soaking in water as it will affect the flavour and texture of the fish. 

Note: Cook until an internal temperature of 158 °F (70 °C).
