Southwestern Lobster Pizza

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Atlantic Lobster Claw & Knuckle Meat

  • 1 pizza dough (store bought)

  • 2 tbsp. crème fraiche

  • 1 can of corn, water removed

  • 1 cup arugula

  • 1/2 red onion, grilled

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

 

Directions:

  1. Set oven to highest temperature. While oven warms, roll out and shape pizza dough.

  2. Spread crème fraiche on dough, layer cheese, corn, Atlantic Lobster Meat and red onion. Bake until cheese is golden. Remove pizza from oven and garnish with arugula.
