Taco Cut Beer Battered Fish Portions


Toppits is proud to introduce our NEW Taco Cut Portions, available in Haddock, Cod and Pollock varieties. Coated in a crispy beer-batter that pairs well with a variety of ingredients, you can offer customers delicious tacos at a moments notice with minimal labour required!

Cooking Instructions:

Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 °F (180 °C). Deep fry from frozen for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 °F (217 °C). Place frozen fish on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.

As appliances may vary, cook until an internal temperature of

158 °F (74 °C) is reached.
