Tandoori shrimp

Tandoori Shrimp

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of Toppits Raw Black Tiger Peeled & Deveined Tail-on Shrimp (21/25 ct)

  • 6 tsp. (40g) high quality Tandoori paste

  • 3 tbsp. natural yogurt

 

Directions:

  1. Place shrimp in a bowl and add the required amount of tandoori paste and yogurt. Add mixture to shrimp and mix well (use disposable glove when mixing to prevent staining your hands). Leave to marinate in fridge overnight. 

  2. Next day, place marinated shrimp on a grill pan (reserve marinate for basting throughout the cooking time).

  3. Preheat the grill to medium and grill the shrimp for 5 – 10 minutes until cooked, turning and basting a few times.
