Tandoori Shrimp
Ingredients:

1 lb of Toppits Raw Black Tiger Peeled & Deveined Tail-on Shrimp (21/25 ct)

6 tsp. (40g) high-quality Tandoori paste

3 tbsp. natural yogurt
Directions:

Place shrimp in a bowl and add the required amount of tandoori paste and yogurt. Add mixture to shrimp and mix well (use a disposable glove when mixing to prevent staining your hands). Leave to marinate in the fridge overnight.

Next day, place marinated shrimp on a grill pan (reserve marinate for basting throughout the cooking time).

Preheat the grill to medium and grill the shrimp for 5 – 10 minutes until cooked, turning and basting a few times.
