Sole, Toasted wheat crumbs, Water, Vegetable oil (canola and/or sunflower), Modified corn starch, Wheat flour, Rice flour, Dehydrated garlic, Spices, Salt, Sugars (maltodextrin, sugar), Natural flavour, Yeast extract, baking powder, Yellow corn flour, Onion powder, Guar gum, Citric acid, Garlic powder. Contains: Wheat, Fish.
Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange sole tenders on a baking sheet, leaving space between tenders. Bake uncovered for 14-16 minutes or until done. Turn once after 10 minutes of cooking. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. If preparing more than 15 sole tenders, add 2 minutes to the total cooking time.
Note: Since appliances may vary, these are guidelines only. Product should be cooked thoroughly until an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached.
