Sole, Toasted wheat crumbs, Water, Vegetable oil (canola and/or sunflower), Modified corn starch, Wheat flour, Rice flour, Dehydrated garlic, Spices, Salt, Sugars (maltodextrin, sugar), Natural flavour, Yeast extract, baking powder, Yellow corn flour, Onion powder, Guar gum, Citric acid, Garlic powder.


Preparation Instructions:

Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C). Keep frozen until ready to cook. Cook from frozen.​



Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange sole tenders on a baking sheet, leaving space between tenders. Bake uncovered for 14-16 minutes or until done. Turn once after 10 minutes of cooking. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. if preparing more than 12 sole tenders, add 2 minutes to the total cooking time. Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) or higher before serving.
