Served with red onion, lemon, dill and capers
1 lb Smoked Salmon, Atlantic or Coho
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, sliced
2 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoon fresh shallots, chopped
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
Arrange smoked salmon slices on a large platter.
In a bowl combine red onion, lemon slices, dill, shallots and capers. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spoon red onion and caper mix onto the side of the smoked salmon. Garnish with onion sprouts or endive leaves and serve with crackers, bread, or mini potato rosti's.
