Spicy Lettuce Wraps with Toppits Gluten-Free Breaded Cod

  • 1 Toppits Gluten-Free Breaded Cod

  • 2 Boston Bibb Lettuce, separated

  • 1 cup Radishes

  • 1 cup Pickled Carrots

  • 1 tsp. Sriracha

  • 1 tbsp. Gochujang Paste

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 Lemon

  • Salt & Pepper



  1. Bake the Toppits Gluten-Free Breaded Cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment at 380°F, for 20 minutes or until golden brown and flesh is white.

  2. Combine the Sriracha, Gochujang paste, and the Kewpie mayonnaise in a bowl. Season to taste and set aside. 

  3. When serving, slice the fish into 2 cm thick pieces and place on top of the separated Boston Bibb lettuce leaves.

  4. Drizzle with sauce, top with pickled vegetables and a squeeze of a lemon juice.
