Spicy Lettuce Wraps with Toppits Gluten-Free Breaded Cod

Ingredients:

1 Toppits Gluten-Free Breaded Cod

2 Boston Bibb Lettuce, separated

1 cup Radishes
-
1 cup Pickled Carrots
-
1 tsp. Sriracha
-
1 tbsp. Gochujang Paste
-
1 cup Mayonnaise
-
1 Lemon
-
Salt & Pepper
Directions:

Bake the Toppits Gluten-Free Breaded Cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment at 380°F, for 20 minutes or until golden brown and flesh is white.

Combine the Sriracha, Gochujang paste, and the Kewpie mayonnaise in a bowl. Season to taste and set aside.

When serving, slice the fish into 2 cm thick pieces and place on top of the separated Boston Bibb lettuce leaves.

Drizzle with sauce, top with pickled vegetables and a squeeze of a lemon juice.
