Ingredients:
Squid, Pollock, Wheat flour, Water, Canola Oil, Sugar, Green Pea, Modified Tapioca Starch, Salt, Sodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Chilli, Yeast Extract, Lemongrass, Garlic, Shallot, Galangal, Cumin Powder, Kaffirline.
Cooking Instructions:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 365 °F (180 °C). Deep fry frozen product for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Place frozen product on a preheated baking rack and bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
Note: Cook to an internal temperature of 158 °F (70 °C).
