Ingredients: Haddock, Rice flour, Vegetable oil, Water, Modified corn starch, Corn starch, Yellow corn flour, Salt, Sugars (sugar, dextrose), Rice starch, Ancient grain flour blend (whole amaranth, whole quinoa), Onion powder, Pea protein isolate, Garlic powder, Spices, Baking powder, Natural flavours, Caramel, Sea salt, Methylcellulose, Yeast, Guar gum, Spice extractives, Extractives of paprika.
Contains: Fish (haddock).
Preparation Instructions: Remove packaging. Bake from frozen.
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 20-25 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Turn portions over after 10 minutes.
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 175°C (350°F). Place the portions in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning over gently once halfway.
Note: As appliances may vary, cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (158°F) is reached. Do not microwave.
