There are so many ways to top your salmon portions. This recipe was created by homecook and foodie Alicia Henri (Instagram). Enjoy the deliciously fresh, citrus-like taste of dill with a crispy panko bite.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
1/2 of panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of olive or canola oil
4 tbsp of chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp of lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees°F.
Mix panko, lemon juice, olive oil, dill and zest together. Mix well.
Place filets on parchment paper covered baking sheet. Divide the amount of panko mixture in 4 portions. Place over each filet.
Bake fish for 15 -20 min. Salmon must be cooked to an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C).
Cover each filet with salt and pepper and serve with your favourite side dish.
