Feel Good Lobster Dip


1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp chopped red onion

1/8 cup Nutritional Yeast

1/2 mayo

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 clove garlic

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp hot sauce


Mix all together in a food processor, place in an oven-safe dish, bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 mins then broil on high until browned.
