Mediterranean Squid Salad

Taste the Mediterranean with our Greek-inspired Mediterranean Squid Salad. Made with fresh vegetables, Toppits Calamari Rings and Feta, this salad packs a punch and is full of lean protein and healthy fats. Everything you want in a healthy and delicious salad!

Makes approximately 2 servings


Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups Toppits Calamari Rings

  2. 4 cups mixed greens salad of your choice

  3. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  4. 1/4 cup feta cheese, cubed or crumbled

  5. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  6. 1/4 cup olive oil

  7. 1 tsp dry oregano

  8. White balsamic vinegar or lemon juice, to taste

  9. Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions:


1. Defrost and cook Toppits Squid Rings according to package instructions

2. Combine mixed greens salad with tomatoes, onions, feta in a bowl. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice), oregano and salt & pepper. Mix well and ensure all ingredients are combined

3. Top with Topppits Squir Rings


Note: Toppits squid rings can be sauteed or grilled. We recommend grilling if possible for an extra smoky flavour!
